ATLANTA – Jul 01, 2010 – Infor, the leading provider of business software for mid-market companies, today announced it has acquired Qurius’ ERP LN operations. Qurius is an Infor implementation partner which provides architecture, realization and systems management for business and IT solutions, including infrastructures. As part of the terms of the deal, Infor will assume approximately 60 Qurius staff members who will continue to service Infor’s ERP LN customers in Italy, Germany and Spain moving forward to ensure continuity.

  • Qurius will divest its Infor business. However, it will continue to own and operate the rest of its publicly-traded business.
  • Acquisition helps Infor continue to build its ERP LN business, which is a strategic priority for the company.
As part of the acquisition, Infor will inherit approximately 60 staff members from Qurius’ offices in Italy, Germany and Spain, expanding its market share throughout the region.
  • Customers who are currently using Qurius as their technology partner to manage their ERP LN implementations will be able to continue to work with the same professional services team as well as have direct access to Infor’s comprehensive suite of world-class business software applications moving forward.
  • Infor ERP LN helps manufacturers reduce complexity, increase agility, and better serve their customers.
