Manager – Selection & Implementation

Description

As a Manager you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution and completion of specific projects to ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. Understanding competitive solutions enables this position to properly assess feasibility of migrating customer solutions from, and/or integrating with customer solutions hosted on, (SAP, ORACLE, INFOR or EPICOR or another Tier I or II) solutions specifically. Previous consulting experience ideally with a consulting firm is a bonus.

Our Managers must have extensive experience managing projects from kick-off to go-live. The ability to build and foster relationships with clients and team members is critical to the success of this role.

You must have the ability to multi task and enhance a team environment. Being a team player is critical for success. This position is a 50-80% client-facing role that requires global and national travel as needed.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage a variety of resources, including Panorama employees, 1099 contractors, and client resources
  • Lead the planning, design, and implementation of Panorama client projects
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables per client’s needs
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements
  • Develop full scale project plans using Project Insight and Microsoft Project and Excel
    Identify and position opportunities to expand scope of service offerings to our clients
    Strive to make every client highly satisfied, reference-able, and likely to partner with Panorama long term
  • Analyze business/technical requirements and objectives, perform fit/gap analysis, and provide client recommendations
  • Track deliverables, timelines, budgets and communicate with client sponsors to deliver on time and within budget deliverables (Panorama Government Solutions projects)
  • Document all client engagements including the creation of design documents, technical specifications, process documentation, specification, system deployment documents, ERP system integration and interface documents and publishing reports as necessary
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve defined project outputs
  • Contribute to Panorama’s thought leadership and business development efforts

Job Related Experience

  • Ability to manager both the “business transformation” and technical aspects of our consulting engagements

Minimum Education/Certification

  • 3+ years with a top tier consulting firm preferred; Big 4 or large consultancy experience preferred (Deloitte, Accenture, KPMG, PcW, IBM, etc.)

Consultant – Industry Relations

Description

As a consultant, you will be responsible for managing Industry Relations for our Client Services group. You will also be responsible for ensuring the successful software selection, business analysis and implementation of various software solutions. This includes leading the business analysis process and providing product and implementation expertise to clients on how best to implement and use Tier I or Tier II systems, and managing the project team. Understanding competitive solutions enables this position to properly assess feasibility of migrating customer solutions from, and/or integrating with customer solutions hosted on, (SAP, ORACLE, INFOR or EPICOR or another Tier I or II) solutions specifically. Previous consulting experience ideally with a consulting firm is a bonus.

Our consultants should have extensive prior knowledge or experience within a sales department at a dynamic ERP Software company.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Participating in Panorama’s business process mapping and in the day-to-day activities of ERP advisory engagements for various clients including process analysis and design, gap analysis, functional system design and specifications, system configuration, development of system tests, procedures, and documentation.
  • Leading software selection, blueprinting, OCM and implementation projects of Panorama’s client’s business solutions.
  • Provide project management expertise throughout entire project.
  • Analyzing business/technical requirements and objectives, perform fit/gap analysis, and provide client recommendations.
  • Documenting all client engagements including the creation of design documents, technical specifications, process documentation, specification, system deployment documents, ERP system integration and interface documents and publishing reports as necessary.
  • Providing key decision support, monitoring issues and risks, and creating mitigation plans for clients.
  • Managing a full life-cycle ERP or large scale software implementation from a technical, functional and/or organizational change management standpoint.
  • Leading organizational changes and business process improvements with clients.
    Managing individual utilization to optimize revenue to the company.
  • Collaborating with business owners to capture business requirements (remote and in person)

Account Executive – Business Development

Description

As an Account Executive (A/E) you will craft, propose, and manage client proposals and contracts to meet business and revenue goals. You will own and foster a variety of client accounts ensuring top quality customer service. A successful candidate must have relationship based sales experience and understand sales through a discovery process. To be successful as an Account Executive at Panorama, incumbents must make decisions regarding the development and maintenance of client and partner relationships and work closely with Panorama’s Business Development, Marketing, and Client services teams to understand the client’s business objectives and deliver a successful services sales strategy. In addition, a successful A/E will deliver analyses of customer feedback and market trends, opportunities, and challenges to better identify benchmarks and forecast sales.

The ideal candidate will be an ambitious sales or account executive professional with 3-5+ years of experience. The compensation for this position includes a base salary; however, the overall compensation is largely bonus based. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to build a strong business development pipeline while supporting the growth of a progressive Consulting firm.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Communicate with prospective clients, conducting thorough discovery sessions and documenting each prospect’s unique requirements
  • Engage in strong client relationship building activities
  • Demonstrate an ability to comprehend business ideas and concepts quickly and create recommendations to the Business Development Manager
  • Partner with Panorama’s Marketing team to align marketing and business development strategies to develop effective client
  • Partner with Panorama’s Client Services team throughout the project lifecycle to cultivate top quality customer service and support Panorama’s first-class client
    Aid our Business Development team through the creation of service offerings, proposals, and presentations while making recommendations for potential solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, opportunities, and challenges and provide suggestions
  • Successfully interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts in person and remotely
  • Assist in identifying prospects for company’s applications and participate in marketing and pre-sales
  • Attend trade shows and various industry related seminars
  • Domestic and International travel, up to 25%.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years’ experience in a sales or account executive role (REQUIRED)
  • Experience in a relationship and discovery based sales environment is preferred
  • Experience in public speaking and/or professional sales presentation is preferred
  • Some knowledge and experience within an Information Technology (IT) role, sector, or organization is preferred
  • Understand how to effectively engage in a discovery process to drive client business understanding
  • Experience conducting warm and cold sales calls over the telephone as well as in person
  • A desire to work hard and have fun doing so

Business Analyst

Description

Our Business Analyst works within our Client Service Division and operates as a liaison among business and IT stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate features and requirements for changes to business processes, policies, information and information systems. A Business Analyst understands business problems and opportunities in the context of the features and requirements and recommends solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.

Our Business Analyst will perform routine tasks under minimal supervision and will work with our Client Services department, as well as the IT Solutions and Operations departments, on one or more complex tasks. A Business Analyst will be capable of identifying complex issues and may make recommendations for a resolution.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work independently with Consultants to define concepts under direction of project managers.
  • Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans.
  • Ability to comprehend business ideas and concepts quickly and write requirements documents based on feedback received in meetings.
  • Support software selection business process unit using specific group and collaborative methods including but not limited to brainstorming, JAD and RAD sessions, and structured walkthroughs.
  • Communicate with Client Services using data and process models to clarify and validate features and requirements: models include but are not limited to use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and Visio and data flow diagrams.
  • Aid Business Development by assisting the team through the creation of service offerings, proposals and presentations and making recommendations for potential solutions.
  • Conduct/perform workflow analysis, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit analysis to identify and recommend improvements to business processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs or to provide new operational capabilities.
  • Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, use cases scenarios, business analysis, tasks and work flow analysis.
    Assist in software selection, business process re-engineering and/or whole cycle ERP implementation.
  • Work closely with project managers, Senior and Junior ERP Consultants, and IT management to validate that the proposed and developed solutions meet internal and external client’s needs.
  • Provide status reports for customers and internal management.
  • Be the liaison between business units, technology teams and support teams
    Successfully engage in multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Interact professionally with a diverse group of Executives, Managers and subject matter experts.
  • Assist in identifying prospects for company’s applications and participate in marketing, pre-sales meeting, attend trade shows and help make the sale
    Perform other duties as required.
