Bill Baumann

Bill has over two decades of expertise in marketing strategy, direct sales, account management, business and “C” level management experience. He is adept at quickly understanding complex product and service offerings, forging key relationship, and establishing essential strategic partnerships. Bill has significant experience in the oil & gas, not-for-profit, banking/finance and manufacturing industries. He also has international business management experience in Asia and Latin America and is conversational in Mandarin and Spanish.

He has managed sales and marketing of ERP software and eCommerce solutions for 12 western states in the U.S., as well as performed software selection with consulting groups serving the oil & gas, medical device and aerospace & defense and manufacturing industries.

As director of Panorama’s expert witness practice, Bill oversees all expert witness engagements, working closely with our team of expert witnesses and client attorney firms. In addition, he concurrently provides oversight on a number of ERP selection and implementation projects for manufacturing, distribution, health care and public sector clients in the U.S. and globally.

Geoff McPherson

Geoff is a top performing business professional withover 20 years of expertise in optimizing company operations, finance functions, information systems and providing project management. He possesses strong skills in aligning IT with business needs and creating a culture of teamwork to drive success. His passion lies in the assessment and identification of business and information strategic objectives to solve business problems and maximize operational flexibility, efficiency and performance. Geoff’s experience encompasses the manufacturing, distribution, professional services, retail and government contracting industries. He has vast experience in selecting and implementing business systems and ensuring companies gain the maximum benefits from their investment by developing and executing the people/process infrastructure that is required to align with the information technology roadmap.

Christi Trinder

Christi’s Prosci certifications and passion for the people side of change along with her own understanding of the difficulties associated with change shows through in her knowledge and desire to make a difference. She has an extensive background in change management and has worked in the private and public sector developing communication, coaching and resistance management plans as well as implementing change management and effective sponsorship at all levels. Christi manages the organizational change management program at Panorama and has been integral in the continuous improvement in our methodology. Specifically, Christi has introduced the in-depth use of business readiness assessments to provide a deeper understanding of our client’s culture and to ensure the program aligns the business initiative with the organization’s overarching strategy.

Rick Platz

Rick is an experienced change management professional with a strong focus on a structured yet agile approach to employee and customer engagement. He has worked on projects throughout North America and abroad and has extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, communications, training strategy, process improvement facilitation and operations. Rick has worked for and with clients in manufacturing, consumer products, hospitality, food and beverage, automotive, medical device, education, agriculture, professional services, retail and government.

In addition to his OCM experience, he has led business process improvement activities for numerous clients going through business and digital transformations. He has also led marketing and branding teams at leading marketing firms and worked on corporate leadership assignments.

Karl Hiesterman

Karl is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt executive with extensive hands-on experience in process improvement initiatives designed to optimize organizational capabilities and quality, improve revenue growth and reduce cost structures. He is a business transformation leader recognized for his ability to identify key issues as well as generate and implement innovative solutions to complex problems through cross-functional, team-based problem-solving methodologies. This creates customer-focused organizations that are better, faster and have the tools and motivation necessary to continuously improve their processes and people. A 25+ year business transformation leader with a strong focus on process improvement, change management and strategic planning, Karl has built Process Excellence organizations and led process improvement initiatives for businesses in such diverse industries as financial services, software development, data management, broadcasting, medical device manufacturing and printing.

Rich Goluskin

Rich is an expert at implementation project management with a strong focus on best practices and change management. He has worked on projects throughout the Americas and has extensive experience in account management, system integration, resource management, financial management and operations at global organizations. Rich has served clients in the manufacturing, fabrication, industrial distribution, field services, utilities, healthcare, education, retail, consumer packaged goods and public sector verticals.

Rich has led diverse teams performing software selection, business process management, change management and ERP implementation activities at Panorama. In his previous professional experience, he led teams at consulting, software and technology companies that designed and implemented ERP, supply chain, healthcare claims processing, human capital management, data warehousing & analytics, digital learning, and banking systems, among others. In these projects he also implemented new processes that streamlined key business functions.

Alan Salton

Alan is an experienced professional with a 30-year history of working in the computer software industry, primarily with ERP-based solutions. Alan holds a master’s degree in Technology Management from the University of Maryland and a certification in Business Process Reengineering.

Prior to joining the Panorama executive team, Alan was Chief Innovation Officer with ABAS Software AG. His responsibilities included driving innovation and development for a diverse product portfolio, services and processes to create value for customers competing in an increasingly digital environment. His focus was on integrating AI into ERP, serverless computing, business analytics, cognitive applications and IoT. Alan was also President of abas-USA, a value-added reseller and implementer of abas ERP software. He managed all facets of the business, improved internal processes and developed sales and marketing strategies. Alan also directed a product development team with an emphasis on cloud technologies, business process management software, web portals and mobile applications.

Dave Carey

Dave is a solutions professional with leadership capability in sales & operations, manufacturing, distribution, enterprise resource planning and project management. He has experience simplifying and translating complex and ambiguous business situations into easy-to-understand processes. Prior to joining Panorama, Dave was a Manager of Pre-Sales and a Solutions Consultant for abas-USA, where he developed and delivered customized software demonstrations to manufacturing, distribution and service-oriented prospects. Dave has the ability to understand, articulate and leverage client needs into relevant solutions proposals. He is a trusted advisor with a deep knowledge of enterprise software, business process reengineering and organizational change management. As a compelling, persuasive, and credible presenter, he can engage all audience levels from end-user to C-level. His collaborative management style fosters team cooperation and drives business improvements.
