2010 ERP Software Report Finds Both Budgets and Overall Satisfaction are Down
As Belts Tighten, ERP Implementation Benefits Decrease
The 2010 ERP Report is based on research by Panorama Consulting via online polling and was supplemented with qualitative data gathered from focus group interviews with a sample of survey respondents. Information was collected from December 2005 to December 2009. The 1,600 participants represent global organizations that have completed an ERP implementation within the last four years.
The Report includes data on a wide variety of traditional and SaaS ERP software solutions. Included in the research sample are Tier I, Tier II, Tier III and industry-focused niche solutions. Sample ERP vendors and software packages included in the study are ABAS, Activant, Apprise, BOOMI, CDC Software’s Ross Enterprise, Compiere, Deacom, Epicor, IFS, Infor, IQMS, JD Edwards, Lawson, Microsoft Dynamics, Netsuite, Openbravo, Open ERP, Oracle eBusiness Suite, Peoplesoft, QAD, SAP, Sage, and Salesforce.
