Sage Business Solutions, a leading global supplier of business management software, today announced that document automation experts, Redmap, will replace its existing NetSuite software-as-a-service platform with a global deployment of Sage ERP X3.
Redmap’s decision to switch to Sage ERP X3 is driven by a desire to reduce the escalating cost of ownership of the company’s ERP software and a need to provide greater systems flexibility, particularly in relation to ERP software customization. Highly granular reporting was also an additional factor. The company had been looking for a suitable ERP system replacement for almost three years.
Ben Woolley, Chief Executive Officer of Redmap said, “Our costs were sky-rocketing and I saw that they would soon pass six figures a year and that’s just in license costs with our current provider. We loved the reporting available in X3 and saw true value in its project management modules. What began as a cost mitigation exercise has actually ended in the selection of a tool that will help us run our business more efficiently, which is excellent.”
Redmap provides OEM and its own branded ERP solutions to more than 45,000 customers across the globe. It maintains business operations across four tax jurisdictions – Australia, the US, Singapore and the Philippines. It will use Sage ERP X3 to support all aspects of its business including Finance, Helpdesk, Professional Services, Sales and Marketing.
Sage ERP X3 is designed for mid-sized and larger companies and offers a complete web-based integrated ERP system which gives standardised ERP functionality with integrated financial accounting and global support for all international markets.
Quick implementation, intuitive interface design and simple system administration deliver a low total cost of ownership than comparable advanced management systems, from install to go live and beyond, making Sage ERP X3 the best combined value for the mid-market.
