ECi Software Solutions, a leader in industry-specific information technology solutions, today announced that Jo Anne Ravielli has joined the ECi leadership team as Vice President of Global Customer Service.  In this capacity, Ravielli will focus on creating and leading ECi’s Center of Excellence for global customer service.  She will be working across the ECi family of companies to develop a world-class customer service organization that effectively satisfies customers and enhances ECi’s “customer first” culture.

“I am very excited to join ECi,” said Ravielli. “This position affords me the opportunity to do what I love—help entrepreneurs manage and grow their businesses utilizing technology geared toward their particular industry.”

Ms. Ravielli joins ECi from Dell, where she was the Services Executive responsible for creating the service and support product offerings, as well as building a service organization to support Dell’s suite of SaaS business applications for the SMB market.  Prior to Dell, she held customer and professional services leadership roles at Blackboard Inc., InfusionSoft, Quest and Open Text (all software development and delivery organizations). Ms. Ravielli graduated with a BS in Business Administration from Warren National University.
