Ed is a highly successful IT project management professional excelling in manufacturing, quality, procurement, AP and logistics in the medical device industry. He has broad and in-depth expertise in project management, leading high-performance teams in testing, implementing and supporting solutions. Ed is particularly known for his ability to drive projects to conclusions that meet requirements and bring high customer satisfaction.
At Panorama, he is responsible for ensuring the successful software selection, business analysis and implementation of various software solutions. This includes leading the business analysis process and providing product and implementation expertise to clients on how best to implement and use Tier I or Tier II systems along with managing the project team. He is also in charge of leading software selection, blueprinting, organizational change management and implementation projects.
Some of Ed’s past professional experience includes being the Operations Project Manager for Baxter Healthcare where he led projects during transition from development to manufacturing. At Terumo BCT, he was a part of the core team that successfully led the global implementation of SAP. He successfully led the effort to improve and automate business processes by developing applications that supplemented the core ERP system and supported custom built and legacy ERP applications. Ed also managed an ERP implementation in Northern Ireland.
