Bob has 20 years of experience in executive management, account stewardship, marketing and sales. Much of his experience is within the financial services and insurance industries where he held multiple levels of licenses.
With a passion for continuous improvement, Bob has helped companies develop key performance metrics that support organizational objectives. He is also skilled at leading cultural change to increase employee retention. In James Miller’s book, Best Boss, Worst Boss, Bob was acknowledged for his skill in showcasing employee talents.
Education & Certifications
Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Central CT State University, is certified as a Human Resource Professional (PHR), and is a Certified Fund Specialist (CFS).
Bob’s philanthropic interests include founding a private non-profit organization called, Peas on Earth and volunteer support for The Denver Rescue Mission.
