Cincom to Knowledge-Enable Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Less than four months after signing an initial agreement, Cincom Systems, a worldwide provider of ERP software, has further extended its relationship with the Microsoft Corporation. Cincom has added its Cincom Acquire configure, price, quote software to its Global Independent Software Vendor (ISV) agreement with Microsoft Dynamics.

The partnership integrates Cincom Acquire with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and includes the integration of the Cincom Guru business rule engine to knowledge-enable the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform by automating decision-making using business rules.

“This agreement provides fully integrated configure, price, quote functionality for Microsoft Dynamics CRM users,” says Jerry Miller, managing director of Cincom’s Intelligent Selling Solutions division. “This enables Cincom customers and Microsoft Dynamics CRM users to rapidly grow direct and indirect sales channels by helping sales reps and channel agents make better decisions faster.”

Customers in the discrete manufacturing industry will be able to realize exponential gains in profitable growth immediately as a result of this global agreement.
