We’re pleased to announce today a reorganization that includes promotions of several key staff members and the creation of a new position: vice president of organizational change management. Appointees are as follows:
• Ruth Hagen, Vice President of Organizational Change Management (formerly Senior Manager of Organizational Change Management)
• Michael Kalkman, Director of ERP Selection and Implementation (formerly Senior ERP Project Manager)
• Ipsita Mistra, Director of ERP Selection and Implementation (formerly Senior Manager)
• Larry Bell, Manager of Vendor Relations (formerly Senior Consultant)
The reorganization is an indicator of our 2010 growth in the fields of ERP implementation, ERP software selection and organizational change management services for companies at all stages of their ERP projects. And, of course, the fact that we were able to fill all of these positions from internal promotions shows the remarkable amount of talent our teams create and foster.
